Sanford Brown Garden City Walk of LoveSBI - Garden City volunteered their students to the annual "Walk of Love" held by the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island (RMH-LI) to raise money for the families of seriously ill children undergoing critical medical treatment at the nearby hospital.

Student Ambassadors as well as other highly enthusiastic students facilitated the event, participating in tasks such as; cheering on the walkers, food distribution and helping mentally challenged children to the finish line. Although the weather did not cooperate as we planned, overall the event was a great success hosting over 700 walkers and collecting over $153, 000 in donations.
