Transcript requests are fulfilled through Parchment Exchange, a leading company in secure transcript delivery. Parchment Exchange manages processing and delivery; Career Education Corporation or the custodial school of records retains the official transcript data. *

Ordering Specifics

As part of a one-time account setup, you will be asked to provide the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number for identity verification.

If you have an outstanding account balance preventing release of your transcript, we will not be able to issue an official transcript. Please contact student accounts at 888-810-4556 or with questions, or to discuss account issues. A Transcript Fee is assessed regardless of transcript hold status.

Cost and Delivery Time

  • $10.00 - Transcript (electronic or paper) requested electronically through Parchment Exchange
  • $15.00 - Paper delivery through campus
  • $35.00 - Overnight/US Mail delivery

Your transcript request must be paid by credit card or debit card at the time of order. If paying by check or money order you will not be able to use the online request system, so please contact for assistance.
