Cake-Cutting Ceremony: Sanford-Brown College JacksonvilleWednesday, August 20, 2014, Sanford Brown-Jacksonville hosted a cake-cutting ceremony to celebrate its transition from "institute" to "college." Students from all over campus attended the event, where faculty and staff served cake and refreshments and posed for pictures to mark this landmark moment in Sanford-Brown's history.

Campus President Ben Sedrine, in his toast speech, outlined a "new" Sanford-Brown Jacksonville, an evolving entity, dedicated to meeting the needs of current students and employers within the community. In closing Sedrine thanked everybody for their hard-work and dedication. But he especially thanked SB-Jacksonville's student-body for choosing to further education here at Sanford-Brown College.
