As the economy continues to be tight, many are forced to cut back nearly everywhere in their budgets. However pets shouldn’t go without basic medical care. That’s why Sanford-Brown College – St. Peters and St. Charles County Humane Services teamed up to give families a break on pet vaccinations, microchipping, treatments and other services on Saturday, May 8th, 2010.
Rabies, distemper, even heartworm can be fatal to pets. This partnership between Sanford-Brown College and St. Charles County Humane Services gave the public access to vaccinations and other services at a fraction of their normal cost. These services help keep pets happy, healthy and even save their lives.
The clinic offered $5 rabies and $10 distemper vaccinations as well as $10 heartworm tests. Even pet microchipping, for just $10! All are substantial savings for families on a budget. In addition, pet nail trimming was offered for a donation.
