Gary Apito has joined the Sanford Brown New York City team as Campus President effective January 3, 2012. Gary served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at the French Culinary Institute in New York City for the past 14 years. He was responsible for the overall operations of the campus and had general oversight of 325 staff members. Prior to joining the French Culinary Institute, Gary had various executive positions at Berkeley Colleges and Engine City Technical Institut and has almost 25 years of experience in the educational field. He earned a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Montclair State College in New Jersey. Gary is looking forward to leading and contributing to the Sanford Brown team.
