The award recognizes the best places to work in southeast Wisconsin, as determined by the organizations’ employees
Sanford-Brown College (SBC) – Milwaukee has been named a 2010 Top Workplace by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The Top Workplaces program evaluates local organizations solely on the basis of an employee survey. Sanford-Brown College was honored, along with the other 2010 Top Workplaces, at an award breakfast on Friday, May 21 and the complete list of winners can be found in the Sunday, May 23 edition of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The survey was powered by WorkplaceDynamics.
The employee questionnaire asks opinions regarding six main areas of the workplace:
the company’s direction
execution of its business
career training and progression
the working environment
quality of managers
employee compensation
Sanford-Brown College provides students with career training in the health care industry, business administration and criminal justice. It employs 158 faculty and staff.
