Sanford-Brown College-Dearborn Sponsors Continuing Medical Education event in Sonography featuring Mr. Frank Miele of Pegasus Lectures, Inc.

SBC Dearborn was the site of a recent continuing education event that covered the Practical Application of Ultrasound Physics. The event drew over 60 attendees from the local healthcare community which included; physicians, sonographers, and SBC sonography students. The key speaker, Mr. Frank Miele, has produced multiple education videos, created exam simulation programs, as well as the patented analysis algorithm method and apparatus for evaluating educational performance. In addition, Mr. Miele has authored Ultrasound Physics and Instrumentation, 4th Edition which is widely used by Sanford-Brown College Campuses throughout the country.
The event was planned and coordinated by Ms. Michelle McKinney, the Program Chair for the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program at SBC Dearborn, and Randall Levin MD the Director of Continuing Medical Education.
