SBC-Cleveland Alumni hosted Holiday Party

December 20, 2011 Alumni, General 0 Comments

Sanford-Brown Cleveland hosted its “1st”  annual Holiday Party on Thursday December 15th.  There were 25 students in attendance.  DCOA Christine Laudato  prepared the food.  She made her homemade meatballs, sausage and sauce for the students.  She was assisted by Kay Williams and Louise Miller in making “cut and tie” blankets with material Louise had donated by her church.  The students made the blankets then made a patch to be sewn on each blanket with a special wish to the homeless of Cleveland.  The blankets will be donated on January 22nd, 2012 to the Homeless Stand Down sponsored by Interact Cleveland and the Ohio Department of Health.  The evening was filled with laughter and holiday cheer.   SBC Cleveland would especially like to thank Angela Rentfro and Douglas Goodwin for their generous donation of alumni gifts that were given at the party.

For more information contact Christine Laudato, Director of Community and Alumni Outreach, at 440-202-3246 or claudato@sbc-cleveland.com
