The Medical Practice Management program is designed to provide an important link between business administration and healthcare management. The program provides the student with a comprehensive background in business administration as applied to medical practice.
Students will study medical terminology, medical procedures, health information, records management, medical law, and healthcare safety. Students will be introduced to practical, administrative, interpersonal, and business administration skills which can prepare them with the technical ability and versatility needed to establish careers in the field of allied health services.
