Sanford-Brown Tampa Offers Free Stress Relief On Tax Day

MASSAGE THERAPY STUDENTS TO GIVE FREE CHAIR MASSAGES APRIL 15 IN TAMPA
WHAT: Sanford-Brown Institute will be giving some much-needed stress relief to Tampa Bay area residents on Tax Day, April 15, 2010. Students from the Sanford-Brown Institute Massage Therapy program will be offering free, 10-minute chair massages to the public at Lykes Gaslight Square Park on April 15. The students are in the clinical phase of their education, so they have the training and experience to perform massages. Licensed Sanford-Brown Institute faculty members will be on hand to supervise the student therapists.
Sanford-Brown Institute offers a challenging massage therapy program, requiring more than 720 hours of classroom time and clinical work. The school offers a diploma program in massage therapy. Sanford-Brown Institute students are introduced to a wide range of massage techniques.
Members of the public who cannot make it to Lykes Gaslight Square Park can still get some stress relief after April 15, by calling the Sanford-Brown Institute clinic, which offers free massages to the public. Call 813-496-2779 for an appointment.
