SANFORD-BROWN COLLEGE - ST. PETERS TEAMS UP WITH ST. CHARLES COUNTY HUMANE SERVICES FOR LOW-COST PET VACCINATION CLINIC
Students Will Assist with Vaccinations, Microchipping, and Even Nail Trimming at a Fraction of the Cost
WHAT: As the economy continues to be tight, many are forced to cut back nearly everywhere in their budgets. However pets shouldn’t go without basic medical care. That’s why Sanford-Brown College – St. Peters and St. Charles County Humane Services are teaming up to give families a break on pet vaccinations, microchipping, treatments and other services.
Rabies, distemper, even heartworm can be fatal to pets. This partnership between Sanford-Brown College and St. Charles County Humane Services gives the public access to vaccinations and other services at a fraction of their normal cost. That can help keep pets happy, healthy and even save their lives.
The clinic will offer $5 rabies and $10 distemper vaccinations. A heartworm test is only $10. You can even get your pet microchipped for just $10. All are substantial savings for families on a budget. In addition, pet nail trimming will be offered for a donation.
The clinic will not be doing pet physical exams. Pets needing more extensive medical care will be referred to local veterinarians.
